Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
General Conditions Crime and Disorder
CCTV will be in operation. Images will be retained for a period of 28 days and will be made available to the police or an officer of the Licensing Authority upon request.
Challenge 25 will be in operation.
All staff will undergo training in licensing law with particular regard to the policy in realtion to age restricted sales and seeking proof of age identification.
