Clear rules of conduct will be in place and carefully supervised at all times.
The Volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
The permitted entertainment outdoors shall only be allowed on 5 nights in any one calendar year, and all such events shall finish no later than 22:00 hours on any night of the week and it shall not be amplified. 4.. A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.
