All events will be pre-arranged and not open to the general public. At these private events attendance numbers will be controlled by a ticketing system. Prevention of crime and disorder
The Licence holder shall ensure that CCTV equipment must be maintained in good working order and is in operation during any times that the public are on site.
During the events, adequately trained staff will be working. These staff members will ensure that checks are carried out across the premises and are vigilant to issues that may arise. Public safety
Health and Safety and Risk Assessment policies shall be in place and implemented across our site.
Fire exits will be clearly defined and marked. There shall be fire extinguishers throughout the building.
Any dangerous or hazard materials shall be stored away safely.
Parking areas shall be professionally laid out and easy to follow.
There will be marked walkways. Prevention of public nuisance
The events will be small and intimate and will be hosted inside the building.
Any outdoor music will be monitored for noise.
No noise generated on the premises, or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance.
Loudspeakers shall not be located outside the premises building.
All windows and external doors shall be kept closed after 21:00 hours, or at anytime regulated entertainment takes place, except for the immediate access and egress of persons. Protection of children from harm
The workshops will not be open to the attendees unless this forms part of the event. 2. During these events all children will be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Tickets shall only be booked by persons who are at least 18 years old.
The Licence Holder/DPS shall implement the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation.
