Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means: On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. On Good Friday 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
The above restrictions do not prohibit: the consumption of alcohol on the premises during the first 20 minutes after the above hours; the taking of the alcohol from the premises (unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel) during the first 20 minutes after the above hours; the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there during the first 30 minutes after the above hours, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption ancillary to those meals; The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The licence holder will maintain a recordable CCTV system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality.
CCTV cameras will (where permitted) encompass all ingress and egress from the premises including fire exits, outside areas and all working areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs.
The CCTV system within the premises will be remotely monitored 24 hours a day by the Society's control centreat Wherstead Park. In the event of an incident being reported the footage will be downloaded at Wherstead Park, time and date marked, and retained for no less than 28 days. The footage will be made available to the Police/Local Authority within 36 hours of their request.
Records of all incidents (injury/refuslas/age challenge) will be kept and maintained on the premises. Records will be time and date marked and produced to the Polic/Llocal Authority on demand.

The Store Manager will retain responsibility for the premises whilst it is open, with a wider Management Team to support and deputise in their absence.
Bespoke policies, processes and risk assessments will be enforced to maintain the health, safety, welfare and security of employees and the public at the premises. The licence holder will have policies for the regular training of its employees to prevent the sale of alcohol to those under the age of 18 years.
The licence holder will maintain a refusals register.
The licence holder will operate 'Challenge 25' and will seek proof of age by means of photographic identification.
Employee training records are maintained at the licence holder's head office and will be available on request by the Police/Local Authority Licensing Officers.
