The premises will not be open to the public for the collection of goods.
3.The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall: (i) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; (ii) show an accurate date and time that the images were made; (iii) all CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 30 days. (iv) the original CCTV images shall be shown immediately upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. (v) there shall be at least one camera positioned at each entry and exit points to monitor and external areas to the premises. (vi) the CCTV shall be of such a quality that it enables identification of the recorded person in any light.
The licence holder shall arrange for a telephone number for the premises and/or a member of the management team to be provided to residents upon request in order that any complaints can be made direct.
The licence holder shall advise all riders involved in deliveries to use their vehicles in a responsible manner and not to congregate outside the premises so as not to cause a nuisance to residents.
The licence holder shall advise riders whose vehicles have engines not to leave them running when the vehicles are parked.
The licence holder shall advise riders not to obstruct the public highway.
