Film Exhibitions
The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by the London Borough of Bexley.
This licence authorises licensable activities to take place for no more than 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday in September in any one calendar year.
The Licensing Authority shall be notified in writing of the precise date of the event no later than 2 months prior to the event date.
An Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the Council (Licensing Authority) 28 days prior to the event and this will include risk assessments, emergency procedures, a noise management plan, litter and waste plan and appraise how potential risks will be mitigated in accordance with the four licensing objectives.
The Licence Holder shall seek to continue dialogue with the Responsible Authorities in the planning and delivery of the event.
There shall be no use of glass throughout this event and all drinks will be dispensed into plastic or reusable materials.
No adult entertainment, services or activities shall be provided at the event.
