Licence conditions (14)

Licensable activities shall not take place externally or in any temporary structures, such as a marquee beyond 23:00hrs. For the avoidance of doubt this also includes the outside kiosk known as the "Travis Perkins bar."
There shall be no new entry or re-entry admission or readmission to the premises after 23:00 hours on each night that the venue operates until 01:00 hours, other than the readmission of patrons who have left the premises for the sole purpose of smoking.
The premises shall close to the public 30 minutes after the last sale of alcohol.
Door supervision shall be provided on all days the venue operates beyond 00:00 hours and shall be on duty before customers are admitted to the premises until the venue is closed and all customers have left. Door Supervision shall be provided by a recognised SIA approved contractor.
Door supervisors shall conduct patrols of both internal and external areas of the premises.
The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall a) be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b) make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; c) show an accurate date and time that the images were made; d) will include a monitor, visible to the salesperson when serving at the tills, that displays the images being recorded by the external cameras.
The premises shall be provided with CCTV to all parts of the premise including external areas to which the public have access, with the exception of individual toilet cubicles. This shall include the area immediately outside the premises. The system shall be capable of recording and storing images simultaneously.
CCTV images cover all entry and exit points enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition.
The CCTV must be operational at all times while the premises remains open to the public and all images captured will be recorded and stored on site for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person within 48 hours of a request having been made in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software. Facilities for viewing the CCTV on the premises shall also be made available to these authorised persons.
A member of staff who is conversant with operating the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times the premises is open to the public. This person must be able to show Police or authorised Council officers CCTV data footage with minimal delay.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the retail premises entrance(s)/and inside at the premises bar servery area.
A book or other form of record, a version of which must be in English, shall be kept in which shall be recorded the date, time and circumstances of: a) any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme; b) any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises; c) any complaints received concerning crime and disorder reported
