Licence conditions (28)

Alcohol may be sold or supplied only to members of the Falconwood Club and their bona fide guests
There shall be a minimum of 48 hours between an application for Membership of the Falconwood Club and the grant of that application
The number of bona fide guests shall be limited to four per member of the Falconwood Club
Membership shall be restricted to persons aged 21 and above and their guests must be aged 18 years or above except when attending a bona fide pre-booked private function.
Entrance to the premises shall be controlled at all times licensable activities are taking place by a door entry system
The entry door shall be closed at all times except for entrance to and egress from the premises
During the times that the premises are being used for regulated entertainment the windows to the premises shall be kept closed and signage displayed asking customers not to open the windows
Regulated entertainment shall be restricted to the rear lounge of the premises
Amplified sound generated as part of a licensable activity shall only be generated by a sound system that is linked to a noise limitation device that has been calibrated, set to a level that will not result in nuisance being caused to nearby properties and that has been sealed against tampering.
Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors and in the car park area reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents
Announcements shall be made at the end of the regulated entertainment reminding customers to leave the premises quietly.
The Licence holder shall host meetings twice a year with local residents and Ward Councillors to address any concerns raised regarding the use of the premises.
A member of staff shall be stationed at the entrance to the car park adjacent to Falconwood Avenue from five minutes before the end of drinking up time until all customers have left the premises and car park.
The criteria for admission to the premises shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises
Guests to the premises must be signed into the premises by the accompanying member (CONDITIONS 1 TO 3 ABOVE WERE IMPOSED BY THE LICENSING SUB COMMITTEE ON 10 NOVEMBER 2005)
The outside seated area shall not be used after 21:00 hours except where there is a function or party taking place at the premises in which case the outside seated area shall not be used after 20:00 hours.
The outside seated area shall only be accessed via the internal area of the club.
There shall be no regulated entertainment or background music provided in the outside seated area.
Clear and legible notices shall be displayed advising customers as to the permitted times of the use of the outside seated area and to keep noise to a minimum.
The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times. CCTV shall be provided to cover the entire front area of the premises, which includes the outside seating area and shall be monitored regularly. The CCTV shall show an accurate date and time that the images were made and shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person within 48 hours of a request having been made in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
In the event that an incident occurs for which the police have been called, the crime scene shall be preserved to enable police to carry out a full forensic investigation.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position inside at the premises bar servery area.
Children shall only be permitted on the premises until 20:00 hours and shall remain under adult supervision at all times.
A member of staff shall regularly patrol the outside seated area when it is in use, and at least once every hour, to ensure that customers are keeping noise to a minimum.
The access door to the outside seated area to remain locked closed when not in use.
All staff at the Premises shall receive training on induction and every six months thereafter on the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Premises Licence, including the permitted use of any outside seated area and off sales. Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall, on request, be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person within 48 hours upon request. Customers shall not be permitted to take bottles, glasses and other drinks containers from the Premises save that they shall be permitted to take bottles, glasses and other drinks containers from the inside of the Premises into the outside seated area and for those customers to whom off sales have been made.
