Licence conditions (23)

The sale of alcohol will only be permitted from 16:00 hours until 30 mins past the last whistle of the match or 23:30 hours whichever is later.
The opening hours will be from 16:00 hours until 00:15 hours or 45 mins past the last whistle of the match, whichever is later to allow time for egress.
The capacity at the premises will be capped at a maximum of 1500 for ticket holders.
Only England matches will be shown on the screen.
Any matches that start later than 22:00 hours shall not be shown at the premises.
No person under the age of 18 will be allowed on the premises.
Every person entering the premises will be subject to a full search.
An ID scanner will be used and every person scanned upon entry.
Two FA Stewards shall be employed at the entrance to assist with identification of known Football Offenders.
SIA will be on duty at all times the premises is open to the public.
The number of SIA required will be risked assessed by the premises licence holder.
A minimum of 10 stewards, in addition to SIA, shall be present throughout the time the premises are open to the public.
There shall always be an easily identifiable welfare officer on duty at the premises when they are open to the public.
All events shall be ticketed and there will be no tickets sold on the door for immediate entry.
There shall be drug amnesty bins available at the entrance to the premises. Anyone subsequently found in possession of illegal drugs shall be refused/removed immediately from the premises.
There shall be no glass used at the premises by members of the public.
All drinks shall be served in polycarbonates/plastics, for the avoidance of doubt all bottled beers must be decanted.
The last entry time to the premises will be 30 mins before kick-off.
CCTV shall be used at the premises, and all CCTV images must be retained for a period of 31 days, and a copy of any footage will be made available to police or local authority upon demand.
A Challenge 25 policy will be enforced at the premises.
Any live, or recorded music, other than that emitting from the televised broadcast, should be at a level not to cause nuisance to residents and should cease at the commencement of the television broadcast.
An Event Management Plan shall be in place and must be fully complied with for the duration of the licence and agreed with the Licensing Authority and Police.
A final Event Management Plan shall be submitted to the Licensing Authority and Police at least one month prior to the first England match.
