Licence conditions (6)

The premises shall operate in full compliance with the Club Rules.
Bar Staff shall not serve members and their guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly manner.
Signs shall be displayed near the exits requesting that members and their guests respect the need of local residents by quietly leaving the premises.
Announcements shall be made at the end of the evening asking members and their guests to leave the premises quietly.
Where regulated entertainment is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation of elevations of building used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises.
Hire of the club premises shall be through a full (not honorary) member of the club or elected club official only who shall be responsible for the conduct of those attending the event for which the club premises is hired for the duration of the hire period. Note: Under this licence the supply of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment may only be provided to members of the club and their bona fide guests. If the premises are hired for events attended by persons other than members of the club and their bona fide where alcohol is to be sold or supplied and/or regulated entertainment provided then to operate lawfully a Temporary Events Notice or Premises Licence must be in place.
