Licence conditions (10)

A CCTV system must serve the premises, be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times when the premises are open for the sale of alcohol. Notices declaring that CCTV surveillance is in operation must be prominently displayed both inside and outside the premises near the main entrance. The CCTV equipment shall make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and of the purchasers of the alcohol. The CCTV recordings shall show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days. CCTV recordings shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand. The original, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person. Copies shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
No alcohol shall be sold if the CCTV equipment is inoperative for any reason.
No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be served alcohol or allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
The premises shall operate in accordance with the 'challenge 21' scheme. This scheme operates on the basis that whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years and over, anyone who appears under 21 years of age will be asked for ID. Notices to this effect shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises.
The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the 'PASS' hologram logo, a passport, or a photo UK full driving licence.
Alcohol may only be sold to persons having a table meal or those waiting to be seated prior to having a table meal.
A refusals book shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customers has been refused. This book must be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request be made available to the Licensing Authority.
The licence holder shall be a member of Bexley Townsafe as long as it is in existence.
The extract ventilation shall be installed to that approved by the planning inspector on appeal ref: APP/D5120/A/D4/1143914 and drawings DP/554/6-01 & DP/554/6-02a.
