No discounts will be offered on drinks so as not to encourage binge drinking.
Where appropriate, when live music is being played, windows and doors will be kept closed to prevent noise escape.
Clear and legible notices will be displayed requesting customers to consider residents and leave quietly
No alcohol shall be sold/served or supplied to take away from the premises unless ordered and paid for at the same time as food.
There shall be no tables, chairs or drinking outside the premises after 22:00 hours.
Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
