Licence conditions (27)

A minimum of 2 door supervisors to be employed until closing time on Sundays preceding Bank Holiday Mondays.
A tamper proof CCTV shall be in use at the premises at all times when the venue is operating. This CCTV system shall be used and maintained in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions and the guidelines as set down by the Information Commissioners Office.
CCTV images shall be retained for a period of at least 28 days and those images shall be made available upon request by an officer of the responsible authorities.
An age verification scheme, such as ‘Challenge 25’ shall be in operation at all times when the sale of alcohol is taking place. A notice displaying such a scheme is in operation shall be displayed at the point of sale.
Staff shall receive suitable training in matters relevant to the licensing objectives and a copy of the training records shall be kept up to date and maintained by the licensee.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the licensed area of the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
No person under the age of 18 shall be allowed in the licensed area of the premises at any time after 2100.
A minimum of 3 SIA registered door staff shall be on duty Friday and Saturday and every Sunday preceding a bank holiday at all times when the premises is operating licensable activity between the hours of 2200 until 30 minutes after closing.
A minimum of 2 SIA registered door staff shall be on duty on any occasion when the premises is operating licensable activity beyond midnight Sunday - Thursday
A suitable risk assessment shall be made by the licensee to increase the number of SIA registered door staff when operating under any event or during peak dates such as national holidays.
A dispersal policy shall be written for the venue by the licensee and made available upon request to a member of the responsible authorities. SIA registered door staff shall be responsible for ensuring the operation of the dispersal policy.
The easternmost entrance to the venue situated on Jane Street, known as the top gate, shall only be used for emergency exit after 0200.
A drugs misuse policy shall be written for the venue by the licensee and made available upon request to a member of the responsible authorities.
All bottles and glassware used inside the venue shall not be allowed to be removed from the venue by any customer at any time.
PPN4 - External doors and windows All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
PPN6 - Noise assessments The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
PPN12 - Lobby entrance All entrances and exits have a lobby entrance with at least one set of doors closed at all times to minimise the breakout of noise.
Noise emitted from the premises when assessed 1 - 2 metres from the façade of any noise sensitive use shall not exceed an equivalent continuous sound pressure level LAeq when measured and rated in accordance with BS7445, Parts 1, 2 and 3 of: i) LAeq of 48dBA in any one hour period between the hours of 7am and 11pm; and ii) LAeq of 45dBA in any five minute period between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
PS4 - RCD Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for public entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
PS6 - First Aid There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
