Licence conditions (9)

In line with the government guidance we will manage the premises in line with all 4 of the licensing objectives and all relevant legislation.
Whenever the designated premises supervisor is not at the premises a responsible person nominated by them shall be left in charge of the premises.
The premises are alarmed.
The premises supervisor should ensure that the premises comply with the Fire Precautions (workplace) Regulations 1997.
The fire equipment is checked annually.
All members of staff are aware of the location of the fire fighting equipment and how to use it.
Signage will be prominently displayed at all exits to the premises asking people to leave quietly at the end of the evening.
At all times the designated premises supervisor or other responsible person nominated by him shall ensure that the level of noise emitting from the premises shall be kept to a minimum by regulating the noise from within the premises.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 21 shall be asked to provide identification that they are over the age of 18. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable: (a) UK photo driving licence. (b) Passport. (c) PASS card (proof of age standards scheme). .
