Licence conditions (28)

All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
No explosive, firework or pyrotechnic shall be discharged in or from the premises which may cause a disturbance to the local area. Notice of a proposed event shall be served on the Council, the Chief Fire Officer, the Environmental Health Officer and the Chief Police Officer, not less than 28 days before the proposed date of any such event. Any such event shall be conducted in accordance with conditions or restrictions required by the Chief Fire Officer, the Environmental Health Officer and the Chief Police Officer.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place after/between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
PS2 - Electrical Installation Testing The electrical installation shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an officer of the authority.
PS4 - RCD Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for public entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
PS6 - First Aid There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.

Club management, steward and bar staff are informed on the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all the relevant provisions of the Act.
Club constitution includes rules governing the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises.
Admission to the club is confined to members, members family and invited guests.
Guests using the club facilities are scrutinised via CCTV before admission and signing in by the host member.
Club employees are instructed not to admit or serve members and guest who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion.
Misconduct is reported to the committee to consider action under the club’s disciplinary code.
The club complies with Health & Safety & Fire Precautions regulations.
Following risk assessment, preventative and control measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers while on the premises.
The club complies with advised capacity limits.
Fire action notices are posted; emergency escape routes are signposted.
Fire equipment is tested on an annual basis by a recognised expert.
Signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park.
When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
Persons under age 16 are only allowed in the club if accompanied e.g. children and grandchildren attending a club junior disco in the function room.
The function room bar will be closed during junior discos.
Door control ensures that children seeking admission to the club for any purpose are accompanied by an adult member.
Young adults applying for membership must satisfy the committee that they are over 18, if necessary by producing proof of age.
Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their guests may attend a private party in the function room.
Committee members, the club steward and other members of staff are instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children.
Signage is posted at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
