Prevention of crime and disorder
1. Where a Pub Watch scheme exists, the premises shall join and actively participate.
2. An incident/refusals log book will be kept at the premises which will store details about any incidents or complaints at the premises.
Public safety
1. All staff to be trained in the prevention of underage sales to a level commensurate with their duties. All such training to be updated as necessary, for instance when legislation changes, and should include training on how to deal with difficult customers. The training should be clearly documented.
Prevention of public nuisance
1. Except for access and egress, all doors and windows will be closed during regulated entertainment.
2. When used for regulated entertainment, the outside areas are to be monitored and supervised by management and staff during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
3. Signs shall be prominently displayed at the premises requesting that patrons respect local residents and leave the premises quietly.
4. Licensable activities will cease outdoors at 23:00h daily.
Protection of children from harm
1. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted in the main bar or the sports bar except for private functions, events and hires.
