Licence conditions (1)

The following non standard timings shall be applicable: For the Supply of alcohol and Indoor Sporting Events till 01.00 on the following days: Christmas Eve, Boxing Night, New Years Eve, and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding any Bank Holiday Monday. On all of the above days the premises shall close at 01.30. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and recordings kept in date order, numbered consequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage shall be provided, representative of the above, in conspicuous positions. During regulated entertainment the fire door and both sets of entrance doors (to maintain a lobby) shall be kept closed, with the exception of the front doors when permitting people to enter or leave. Ill fitting fire doors shall be made good and maintained in a good condition, with suitable seals provided to any visible gaps. This work shall be completed in no more than 14 days following the grant of this variation on 30/05/2006. Occupancy number shall be limited to 100 in accordance with previous Fire Officers Reports. Appropriate fire exits and emergency signage shall be displayed. Children shall not be allowed on the premises after 19.30.
