Non Standard timing applying to all activities as follows: Christmas Eve till 03.00 hrs. Boxing Day till 03.00 hrs. New Years Eve till 03.00 hrs. Should the premises remain open later than midnight a minimum of 1 SIA door Supervisor to be on duty at 22.00 hours until the premises are clear of customers. The use of further door supervisors will be risk assessed by the management of the premises. An incident log shall be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or anti-social nature. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident. The incident book shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times by an authorised person. The records will be retained for at least 12 months. Provide regular training for all staff on licensing laws, responsible alcohol sales, and safeguarding. Maintain a training log and schedule refresher sessions. Ensure a Personal Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) is present during operating hours. Implement a Challenge 25 policy to prevent underage sales. Install and maintain CCTV covering entry/exit points, bar areas, and public spaces. Keep recordings for a minimum of 31 days and ensure footage is accessible to authorities. Employ door supervisors if required, especially during busy periods or events. Fire Safety: Maintain alarms, extinguishers, and clear emergency exits. Electrical & Gas Checks: Annual inspections and PAT testing. First Aid: Keep kits on-site and train staff in basic first aid. Capacity Control: Monitor occupancy and prevent overcrowding.
