The following non-standard timings shall apply in respect of the licensable activities applicable: St George’s Day 10am -2am; St Patrick’s Day 10am -2am; Easter 10am -2am; Halloween 10am -2am; Christmas Eve 10am -2am; Christmas Day 10am -2am; Boxing Day 10am - 2am; New Year’s Eve 10am -2am; New Year’s Day 10am -2am; Bank Holidays, 10am -2am. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above shall be placed in conspicuous positions. All staff employed at the premises responsible for alcohol sales will receive training every six months in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol. Records of training will be kept at the premises for inspection by any authorised officer on request. All instances of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and will be kept in an incident log book at the premises to be made available for inspection at the request of any responsible officer. Management and staff must be vigilant with regard to drug misuse. The premises including toilets must be checked regularly for evidence of drug use. All instances of drug misuse must be recorded in the incident book and where necessary reported to Merseyside Police. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 25 years and who is seeking to pur
