Licence conditions (1)

The following non-standard timings shall be applicable on Christmas Eve, Boxing Night, New Year's Eve and Saturdays and Sundays preceding any Bank Holiday Monday: For Licensable Activities listed the terminal hour shall be 00.30 with opening hours until 01.00. The alcohol hours stated on this licence relate to the ground floor only. The supply of alcohol on the premises to hotel residents and bona fide guests shall be effective for 24 hours per day each day of the week. The Premises shall also be open to hotel residents and bona fide guests 24 hours per day each day of the week. The outside ‘terraced area’ will not be used after 22.30hrs on any night CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of clear quality images and in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs, including the outside seating/smoking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above shall be placed in conspicuous positions both inside and outside the premises. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carry a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. The Premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the Local Authority's Knock Back Scheme
