Licence conditions (1)

All members of staff shall seek credible photographic proof from any persons who appears to be under the age of 21 and seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence shall include a photograph of the customer which will be either passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age card carrying PASS logo. All the refusals for the sale of alcohol will be recorded. Staff shall be trained in relation to the Licensing Act 2003, with a focus upon the responsible selling of alcohol. Children under 16yrs of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult when on the premises and alcohol is being sold. There shall be no change to the operating style (which shall trade as barbers) without prior consultation with the police and the licensing authority. All incidents of crime and disorder at the premises will be recorded in an incident book at the premises. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing clear quality images. Cameras shall encompass the entrance and exit of the premises and all areas where licensable activities take place. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and made available to Merseyside Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Alcohol for sale/supply on the premises will be limited to no more than three drinks per customer whilst on the premises either having or waiting for a haircut/grooming treatment. Off-Sales will be limited to two bottles of alcohol per customer. All incidents of crime and disorder will be reported to the police. Incidents are to be recorded in an incident book to be kept at the premises and made available to Merseyside Police on request.
