Licence conditions (2)

A written search policy will be in place at the premises at all times and made available to any Police or an authorised officer of a Responsible Authority upon request. The policy will be subject to a review every 12 months and updated/amended as appropriate. There shall be a minimum of two SIA licensed door supervisors on duty when only the main room is open. They will be employed at the premises from 22.00 hours until the close of business when licensable activities are to occur beyond midnight. If the second room is to be open also after midnight then a further two SIA door supervisors are to be employed from 22.00 hours until the close of business. To clarify, if the whole of the premise is to be open after midnight, then the requirement will be for four SIA door supervisors. The requirement to employ SIA door supervisors at any other time is to be risk assessed by the Premise Licence Holder and/or Designated Premise Supervisor. All pool/snooker cues are to be retained behind the bar or other secure environment, when not in use for the purposes of playing snooker or pool. ***All staff shall be fully trained to perform their role, and that training will include the following: • The premises licence including times of operation, and all conditions. • Conflict management. • Identifying people who are drunk and how to handle them. • Preventing underage sales of alcohol. Such training shall be recorded, and these records shall be kept on the premises and shall, on request, be made available to any police or an authorised officer of a Responsible Authority: a) in the case of on-line training: within 48 hours. b) in all other cases: immediately upon request. Training records will be retained for at least 12 months*** An incident book shall be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or antisocial nature. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for
