Licence conditions (1)

The following non-standard timings shall be applicable to all of the Licensable Activities listed and the Opening Hours to the Premises: From the end of permitted hours On Christmas Eve to 04.30 on Christmas Day, and From the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to 04.30 on New Years Day CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing clear images in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all entrances/exits, all areas where the sale, supply or consumption of alcohol occurs and the area immediately outside the premises. Equipment shall be well maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. The recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Images will be retained for a period of 31 days and handed to Police upon request. A zero tolerance drugs policy will be adopted at the premises. This should include regular checks of the toilet areas and a record kept of any incidents. A minimum of two SIA registered door staff will be employed at the premises from midnight each day and remain on duty until such time as the premises closes. A Local Authority door supervisors log book will be used at the premises on all occasions that door supervisors operate. All incidents of crime and disorder occurring at the premises shall be recorded and the records kept for inspection by Merseyside Police. All staff employed at the premises shall receive training with regard to their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Training should be repeated every 6 months. Training records shall be retained at the premises and made available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Persons under the age of 18 years shall not be allowed to enter, or remain on, the premises after 22.00 hours with the exception of those children seated and consuming food with a responsible adult who must be off
