Licence conditions (1)
- Staff shall be trained prior to commencement to work with regards to age related sales. Three monthly interval refresher training, post employment, shall be undertaken. A Challenge 21 Policy shall be in operation. CCTV shall be in operation, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions, particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly time and date stamped and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to the Police on request. The recording equipment shall be kept secure. Notices shall be clearly displayed at the point of access and at the point of sale area with regards to under-age sales challenge. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carrying a Pass logo. All occasions where a person has been refused shall be recorded in writing.
