Licence conditions (22)

Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Staff shall be trained in relation to the Licensing Act 2003 and their responsibilities and duties to meet the licensing objectives. Records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by the Police or local Licensing Authority on request.
CCTV shall be installed and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
The premises shall be a member of "Pubwatch" or any other similar group if established.
There shall be no further admission of the public to the premises after 23.30 hours.
Public Safety
Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out regularly and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence opening to the public and kept under review and a copy retained for the inspection, upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
There shall always be adequate numbers of staff on duty to ensure safety of patrons.
All employees shall be given appropriate instruction, training and supervision and must be familiar with all current operations policies.
Safety applicances, Fire and Electrical systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
Public Nuisance
There shall be suitable and adequate ventilation and extraction systems in place and operational at all times the premises is in use.
Ventilation and extraction systems shall be directed in a manner that will not cause nuisance, through noise or odour, to any persons living or working nearby.
A "freephone" taxi lline / telephone numbers for local taxi companies must be available to assist with the peaceful dispersal of patrons from the premises.
External lighting shall be used during hours of darkness in all areas where the public have access.
Any litter originating from the premises dropped or discarded outside in the close vicinity of the premises shall be retrieved and disposed of correctly by a member of staff to prevent nuisance.
Protection of Children from Harm
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premsies or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed premises with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
Proof of age may be illustrated by a photo card driving licence, valid UK passport, official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
It may be acceptable for children under the age of 18 to consume alcohol as part of a meal whilst under supervision. In this instance, it may not be necessary to require proof of age.
