Where applicable the Licence Holder shall also ensure that such individuals at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the Security Industry Authority.
Additional non standard timings shall apply as follows: Christmas Eve, Boxing Night and New Years Eve to 04.00 hrs the following morning. Additional 30 mins for the opening hours. Sundays of all other Bank Holiday weekends to 00.30 hrs the following morning. Additional 30 mins for the opening hours. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting particularly facial recognition in accordance with Merseyside Police recommendations to be maintained operational throughout the opening hours. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and be correctly time & date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS/Responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the CCTV shall be in conspicuous positions. Any doormen employed on the premises to be registered with the SIA. No Open glasses vessels containers shall be allowed to be taken beyond the boundaries of the premises which shall include any area covered by a pavement café licence. If the premises intends to operate beyond 01:00hrs for licensable activities two SIA front line door supervisors will be employed at the premises (see non standard timings). A local authority Door Supervisors Logbook will be used at the premises on all occasions that Front line door supervisors operate. A logbook will be provided by the Local Authority free of charge. No person under the age of 18 years will be allowed on the premises beyond 2200hrs. Persons under 18 years will be allowed on the premises when accompanied by an adult and whilst attending a Pre Booked private function.
