Non Standard timing are as follows: Recorded Music New Years Eve 10.00 to 01.00. Late Night Refreshment. New Years Eve 09.00 to 01.30. Supply of Alcohol New Years Eve 10.00 to 01.15 Hours Open to the Public New Years Eve 09.00 to 02.00 Zero tolerance on drugs, violence or any form of anti social behaviour or disorder in the local community. Staff to be vigilant as customers depart from the premises to ensure no problems arise. No bottles/containers to leave the premises. Health and Safety posters/procedures manual in place. Fire procedures poster, accident book, First aid kit, Fire alarm/smoke detectors tested regulary. Fire extinguishers tested annually and fire/workplace assessment completed. All areas to be cleared of bottles/glasses on a regular basis and exits/entrances to be kept clear at all times in case of emergency. Staff to conduct walkthrough to monitor areas to avoid problems. Noise levels will be checked in relation to outside area on a regular basis to ensure no noise nuisance is caused to neighbours. The premises are to have house rules relating to children and shall be the responsibility of the DPS. All recognised proof of age cards accepted. Security cameras shall be recording live 24/7, they are in visible areas around the premises so they will also have use as a deterrant, to prevent attempts. We shall work closely with the local police and notify if any strange or suspicious activity is noticed. We shall not serve members of the public that are quite clearly over the limits and drunk, disorderly, rude or anti-social. We shall prevent any disturbance or abuse to any member of the public on or in vicinity our premises. We shall have private contractors in place for the disposal of our waste, which shall be disposed of in the correct manner and according to the law. Also, children shall not be allowed on the premises without being accompanied by a responsible adult. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings shall be kept available for a minimum period of 28 days and handed to Merseyside Police or Local Authority Officer on request. The Recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above shall be displayed in conspicuous positions. There will be sufficient members of trained staff available to be able to download evidence with the minimum of delay at the request of the Police or Local Authority approved officer. An incident book shall be maintained to record any activity of a violent, criminal or anti-social nature at, or immediately outside the premises, witnessed by staff. The record will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident. The incident book shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times by an authorised officer of relevant responsible authority and/or Merseyside Police. The records will be retained for at least 12 months. All staff must be trained in the contents of the premises licence including times of operation, licensable activities and all conditions. Training must be recorded in documentary form and must be available for inspection at the request by an authorised Police Officer and Police Licensing Officer
