Licence conditions (8)

The Licence Holder shall only employ Door Supervisors and Security Attendants registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and must ensure that all Door Supervisors and Security Attendants at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the SIA.
No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied otherwise than to: a) Members of the public attending private pre-arranged functions within the Tithe Barn and Coach House, such functions having been booked at least 48 hours in advance of the date of the function and such details being made available on request to the Clerk to the Justices and the Chief Officer of Police b) Members of the public attending at public functions being held in the grounds of Meols Hall upon payment of a fee to enter the Tithe Barn or the grounds of Meols Hall. For the purpose of this condition such functions being organized at not less than 7 days notice full details of which shall be made available upon request to the Licensing Unit and Chief Officer of Police. c) Employees of the proprietor and licensees of the Tithe Barn Meols Hall.
No intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption outside the grounds of Meols Hall.
Any person employed as Security Staff supervising the licensed premises to be registered with the SIA 4 Any additional marquees or similar construction to be erected and used for the sale, supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor at Meols Hall cannot be used unless at least 7 days notice of such use is given to the Police and Fire Authority.
Maximum occupancy to be in accordance with the Fire Authority Report.
The premises shall remain open for one hour following the finishing time for the sale of alcohol allowing for an orderly and gradual conclusion for functions and events.
The Tithe Barn shall be fitted with burglar and smoke alarm systems that are connected to a monitoring station directly to Southport Fire Station.
Disabled facilities shall be provided within the Tithe Barn.
