General Conditions Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that training is provided to all staff relating to drunkenness and drug awareness.
The Licensee will ensure that empty bottles and glasses are collected regularly during the hours of opening.
All members of staff at the premises will seek PASS accredited proof of age cards, photo-driving licences or passports as proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that a fire risk assessment be conducted, maintained and reviewed every 6 months.
The Licensee will ensure that details of local taxi services are available for staff and customer use.
The Licensee will ensure that empty bottles and glasses are collected regularly during the hours of opening. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that the external trading area will be cleared and closed by 23.00 to minimise disturbance to neighbours.
The Licensee will ensure that a nominated local taxi firm be appointed and instructed not to sound horns or wait with engines running.
The Licensee will ensure that no more that 30 live music events be held in any one calendar year.
The Licensee will ensure that during regulated entertainment, all external doors and windows will be kept closed except for access and egress.
The Licensee will ensure that signage is provided and sited over exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
The Licensee shall ensure that a self-closing device is fitted and maintained in working order to the main door fronting onto the High Street. Protection of children from harm

The Licensee will ensure that only children who are under the proper supervision of an accompanying adult are allowed in the pub garden and trading area until 21.00.

The Licensee shall ensure that a first aid kit will be maintained on the premises for customer and staff use.
