Licence conditions (7)

Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
General Conditions Crime and Disorder  No alcohol will be served to minors and valid and appropriate documentation will be asked for as proof of age  Service will be refused to customers or other people buying for persons who appear drunk or out of order Public Safety  Health and Safety, Environmental, Food Stock and Fire Safety checks will be undertaken as recommended and any discrepancies found will be acted upon Prevention of Public Nuisance
The licensee shall ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage, sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.
The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, when any regulated entertainment is taking place.
The outdoor area shall not be used for live music after 22.00 hours.
It will be ensured that by verbal requests and signage that customers leave the premises in a quiet orderly fashion so as to minimise any disturbance to neighbouring properties Protection of children from harm  It will be ensured that children are not served alcohol and that any entertainment offered will be suitable for the youngest age of the audience  In the case of films being shown the licensee will advertise the age suitability in advance
