General Conditions Crime and Disorder The Licensee will ensure that the Police are contacted promptly whenever a person’s behaviour or actions gives cause for concern. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
The volume of the amplification system used for any form of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that noise levels are non intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
All external doors and windows to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed after 23:30 hours, except for access and egress, at times when regulated entertainment is taking place. Protection of children from harm The Licensee will ensure that children who enter the premises and/or use its facilities are under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
