General Conditions
The premises will be managed in accordance with the rules of the Club Crime and Disorder
Alcohol will not be sold to any person who is behaving in a disorderly manner. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that all exits and escape routes are clearly identified, kept free from obstruction and available for immediate use in the event of an emergency during licensable activities.
The Licensee will ensure that fire-fighting equipment is provided in the licensed premises in accordance with any risk assessment and that staff will be suitably trained in their use. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will take the appropriate steps (e.g. signage and/or sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers behave in a quiet manner when departing the premises.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
After 23:00 hours all windows and external doors to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed, other than for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is taking place. Protection of children from harm
