Licence conditions (20)

The standard hours of operation shall be until 04.00hrs daily and if the applicant wishes to stay open to a later time, 7 days notice must be given to the local police authority
CCTV will be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition.
Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises, fire exits, external and all areas where the sale and supply of alcohol occurs.
Equipment must be maintained in good working order, be correctly time and date stamped, recordings MUST be kept on the hard drive and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police upon reasonable request.
The premises licence holder must ensure at all times a DPS or appointed member of staff is capable and competent at downloading CCTV footage in a recordable format to the Police and Local Authority upon reasonable request.
The DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises shall liaise and comply with the Local Police Authority regarding their drugs policy and will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method at all times.
Protection of Children from Harm:
Persons under the age of 16 years will only be permitted entry at the premises when trading if accompanied by an adult.
Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to play amusement with prizes machines.
A Challenge 21 policy will be enforced
The only proof of age that will be accepted will be passport, photographic driving licence, or an accredited 'PASS' marked proof of age card
The following conditions only applies to conditions around events and all pre existing conditions remain in place.
The Premise licence holder will employ extra staff during events including brunches and parties, this is in addition to the normal number of staff working when events are not taking place.
Designated Premises supervisor, Managers and staff members will actively monitor alcohol supply to patrons during events including brunches and parties.
Door Supervisors will conduct regular patrols of all areas where the events are taking a place.
On Friday and Saturday from 2100hrs, 2 door supervisors will be employed at the premises, these staff will be on duty until 30 minutes after the premises closes to the public. In addition to this a further 1 door supervisor per 150 customers or request from Police authority
If premises is open on Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve then at least 2 door supervisors will be employed from 21:00hrs until 30 minutes after the premises closes on New Year's day. In addition to this a further 1 door supervisor per 150 customers or request from Police authority.
On any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday the premises licence holder will do a risk assessment in relation to door supervisors or a request from the Police Authority.
If the premises operates brunches a member of door staff will be employed when licensable activities are taking place. In addition to this a further 1 door supervisor per 150 customers or request from Police authority.
If the venue operates as a restaurant, private parties or events, or hosts an under 18's event the premises licence holder will do a risk assessment in relation to door supervisors or a request from the Police Authority.
