CCTV shall be installed to the satisfaction of the Police and Licensing Authority and maintained in good working order. The recordings shall be maintained for 31 days and handed to the Police or Licensing Authority for evidential purposes on request. A notice shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
A Challenge 25 Policy will be adopted at the premises.
All Staff employed in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in Challenge 25 and such training recorded.
Notices to advise customers that Challenge 25 is in force will be prominently displayed in all areas.
