  1. CCTV shall be in operation and tapes kept for a minimum period of 28 days.
  2. Notices shall be displayed on the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
  3. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted on the premises after 23.00.
  4. Speakers in the garden area are to be switched off by 00.00.
  5. SIA Door Supervisors will be used as required.
  6. DPS and manager will monitor noise levels in and around the property and take action as required so not to be a nuisance. Promote guests to arrive and leave in a quiet manner.
  7. Ensure where possible doors and windows are kept closed. Specifically, if amplified music is taking place.
  8. Complaints will be recorded by staff/management in the incident log. Repetitive issues and significant breeches will be investigated by the DPS.
  9. Give consideration to overall noise level of property and adjust such things as background music to lower levels.
