Licence conditions (29)

Conditions carrried over from the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982
This Licence is subject to the provisions of the said Act, to the Regulations and Conditions now or from time to time made by the above Council and to any Additional Conditions included on this Licence.
Additional Conditions:
1) The electrical installation shall be inspected at least once in every five years, or such lesser period as is considered appropriate to the individual case, by a competent electrical engineer appointed by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises and a certificate stating the condition of the installation shall after each inspection, be forwarded to the Council by or on behalf of the licensee of the premises.
2) The number of persons (excluding staff and attendants) to be allowed at any one time in the licensed premises shall not exceed: 240
3) The doors leading from the car parks to the staircase enclosure at all levels shall be kept closed during the time the premises are in use under the terms of this licence.
4) The licence holder shall provide the Council with the contact details (name and telephone number etc) of the licence holder or anyone else involved in the organisation of the event, who can be contacted whilst the premises are open.
5) Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Pollution Team, even without prior notice.
6) The licence holder or anyone involved in the organisation of entertainments (including those controlling the volume of music) shall ensure that any noise emanating from the premises is such as not to cause annoyance or disturbance to residents in the locality.
7) The doors leading from the car parks to the staircase enclosure at all levels shall be kept closed during the time the premises are in use under the terms of this licence.
