ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
a) General - all 4 licensing objectives:
b) The prevention of crime and disorder:
1. A burglar alarm shall be installed in the premises and security lights fitted all over the building.
c) Public safety:
1. A safety mat shall be fitted at the entrance to the premises and a safety bar shall be installed to support elderly people.
d) The prevention of public nuisance:
1. Notices will be displayed within the premises encouraging customers to keep the noise down and show consideration to the members of the public when leaving and to keep the surroundings clean and tidy.
e) The protection of children from harm:
1. Posters shall be displayed in the premises to give warnings to children about alcohol and that alcohol will not be sold to young people without the necessary identification.
2. A Strict 'No ID - No service' policy shall be in place

e) Protection of children from harm
1. No alcohol shall be sold in the premises until such time as the designated premises supervisor has attained one of the personal licence qualifications that has been accredited by the Home Secretary and has produced the original certificate for this qualification to the Licensing Authority. This qualification shall not be attained any earlier than 24 January 2019.
2. Alcohol shall only be sold in the premises by a personal licence holder who has attained one of the personal licence qualifications that has been accredited by the Home Secretary.
3. Each personal licence holder shall keep a copy of their certificate for their accredited personal licence qualification in the premises and shall produce this certificate for inspection by a Police Constable or Authorised Officer on request.
4. The challenge 25 policy shall be operated in the premises such that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall be asked to produce identification to prove that they are over 18 years of age before alcohol is sold to that person. The only acceptable forms of identification for proof of age shall be a UK photographic driving licence, a current passport or a card bearing the PASS hologram.
5. The designated premises supervisor shall ensure that a date prompt is retained by each point of sale in the premises that states the date of birth of someone who has become 18 years of age on that date. For the avoidance of doubt, this prompt shall state the date of birth of the youngest person who may legally purchase alcohol in the premises on that day. The date prompt shall be updated on a daily basis before trading commences on each day.
6. A CCTV system shall be installed in the premises and shall be operational at all times that the premises is trading. All recordings shall be retained for a minimum of 90 days and a copy of any recording shall be provided to a Police Constable or Authorised Officer within 14 days of their request.
