Film Exhibitions
The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council.
No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises;
Alcohol and other drinks shall not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose;
Prominent, clear and legible signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to leave quietly, with due regard to residents;
Authorised use of the external seating and garden play areas to cease by 23:00 hours;
Where music is to be provided at any time during the night hours (23:00 hours to 07:00 hours the following day), noise from the provision of music shall be inaudible at the façade (facade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential premises;
Bottles shall not be emptied into external bottle bins after 22:00 hours;
At all times when the premises operate in accordance with this licence CCTV cameras shall be in operation and recordings kept for a period of 31 days for use by the Police
