Licence conditions (17)

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when on the premises.
A maximum of 90 persons shall be in attendance at any function on the premises.
No alterations of the club rules affecting the sale of alcohol to non members shall be made without the consent of the Licensing Authority.
All Fire Fighting equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority.
In the absence of adequate daylight, outside security lighting shall be fully operational at all times when the premises are open.
The manager or other responsible person shall ensure that no unruly, violent or aggressive behaviour is permitted in or around the premises. Persons behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Any monitored alarm system installed in the premises must be regularly tested, well maintained and kept in good working order.
Alcoholic beverages that are not for immediate sale shall be kept and locked in a separate area or store.
The Manager or other responsible person shall regularly monitor for noise, all outside areas, during performances of regulated entertainment to ensure no public nuisance is caused.
There must be a suitable ventilation system in place and operational at all times the premises is in use.
There must be a provision of ample parking spaces for those using or visiting the premises when it is in use or open to members and their guests.
Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed club shall be requested to provide any member of staff of the licensed club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
