- General Conditions Crime and Disorder The Licensee will ensure that the Police are contacted promptly whenever a person’s behaviour or actions gives cause for concern. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
- The volume of the amplification system used for any form of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that noise levels are non intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
- All external doors and windows to those parts of the premises used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed after 23:30 hours, except for access and egress, at times when regulated entertainment is taking place. Protection of children from harm The Licensee will ensure that children who enter the premises and/or use its facilities are under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
