Licence conditions (23)

There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
The electrical installation shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an officer of the authority.
Regular checks of noise levels shall be made outside the premises, which must include the stairwell access to the first floor to the rear of the development.
Fully operational CCTV system shall be in place with access to recordings and displayed notices. CCTV shall be placed inside and outside of the premises and be installed by a professional CCTV installation company.
The premises will be kept clean and tidy with any bottles and glasses removed from public areas once they are finished with.
Proof of age and anti-drugs policies will be in place and available to all staff members.
Customer number limits will be in place for the premises to avoid overcrowding.
The Allerdale statement of licensing policy will be available to all staff and updated when it is reviewed.
Training will be provided on antisocial behaviour for all staff members.
The company will be part of any pubwatch schemes for the town and assist in the running of these where possible.
An alarm system shall be in place, installed by a professional security company and there shall be limited and responsible key holders for the premises.
