Licence conditions (18)

CCTV will be erected into the on sale bar area of the shop.
Challenge 25 training for all staff shall be repeated annually or more regularly when new staff start work.
A refusal/incident book will be in operation.
Where regulated entertainment is provided by way of an in house PA system, management shall control such equipment to ensure nuisance is not caused.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
The licence holder or his/ her representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
Notices shall be displayed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
Appropriate steps shall be taken to ensure that all licensing objectives are met.
The on site consumption of alcohol shall be kept behind a secure bar area which is not accessible to the general public. The bar area shall be gated off for the protection of staff and customers and shall only be accessible by members of staff. This display area shall not be clearly visible to the general public when the shop is closed.
Music on the premises shall be maintained at background noise level.
A full alarm system shall be maintained and connected to the appropriate professional fire service.
CCTV shall be maintained on the premises at all times and be accessible on remote devices outside shop opening hours.
Off-sales bottles shall be wrapped in protective packaging to ensure customer safety.
All children shall be monitored in the store and all staff shall be vigilant.
The alcohol for serving purposes shall be kept out of the reach of children.
All outside drinks shall be served in plastic glasses to minimise risks to the general public, children and animals.
A Challenge 25 policy shall be implemented by staff.
Last sales for on site drinking shall be made 30 minutes before the premises is intended to close to allow for drinking up time.
