Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
The licence holder shall ensure that all staff are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. Staff training records will be kept at the premises, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of the local authority and or the Police. Prevention of crime and disorder
The licence holder shall keep and maintain a refusals register and an incident log on the premises which will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request.
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 7 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand. Public safety
The licence holder will ensure that no glass will be removed from premises except for retail sales from the shop.
The licence holder will ensure that all Risk Assessments will be carried out regularly to highlight potential hazards and resolve them. Prevention of public nuisance
The licence holder shall ensure there is prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at the exit requesting the public to respect the needs of nearby residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The licence holder and staff shall monitor noise levels at the premises and take appropriate action. Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be under 25 years of age.
The licence holder will ensure any breakages will be cleared up immediately.
