Licence conditions (22)

General Conditions
The former premises licence holder, Simon Clarke and former DPS, Jake Clarke are not to be permitted to enter the premises or be involved in the management of the premises in any capacity.
Regulated entertainment will be limited to one event per week.
The premsies licence holder will train staff to assist in the orderly dsipersal of customers. Crime and Disorder
The DPS will operate a refusals/incident book. This will be made available to officers of the Responsible Authorities upon request.
The CCTV system must be capable of retaining images for a minimum period of 28 days.
The system should be capable of producing images that enable facial recognition in all lighting conditions.
CCTV must cover all areas of the premises where alcohol is supplied.
Images and footage must be available to a member of Suffolk Constabulary or an officer of the local authority immediately upon demand.
Images / footage must be made available by way of download or other form of copying to a member of Suffolk Constabulary or an officer of the local authority within 48 hours of such a request being made.
A daily log book shall be maintained detailing the operation of the CCTV system and all faults are to be rectified within 72 hours or as soon as reasonably possible.
Each log entry for the CCTV shall be retained for a minimum period of 12 months dating from the entry and the log book must be made available for inspection immediately upon request from a member of Suffolk Constabulary or an officer of the local authority. Public Safety
Staff will be trained to conduct regular collections of glasses during the additional hour. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The external beer garden shown on the layout plan attached to the premises licence shall not be used for the consumption of alcohol or any other drink after 22:00 hours. For the avoidance of doubt, customers will only be permitted to use that area for smoking after 22:00 hours.
All doors and windows will be kept closed during performances of regulated entertainment events except for safe entry/exit to and from premises.

The DPS will operate a Challenge 21 age verification scheme.
All staff whose duties involve the sale of alcohol will receive training with regard to this scheme.
The only permitted photographic identification is a photocard driving licence, passport, military identification or an approved card with a PASS hologram.
Persons under 16 years of age will not be permitted to remain in the premises after 21:00 unless it is for the purposes of completing a meal ordered prior to that time
Where a regulated entertainment event is deemed to contain content unsuitable for under 18 year olds the event will not start until 21:00.
Glassware shall not be permitted outside the front of the premises. Signage indicating this will be clearly displayed.
