Licence conditions (13)

General Conditions Crime and Disorder
The premises will adopt a Challenge 21 policy in that any person who looks under the age of 21 will have to provide a form of ID which is acceptable to Suffolk Constabulary.
The premises licence holder will ensure that public information notices about crime and disorder issues are displayed at the request of the Council or the Suffolk Constabulary.
The Designated Premises Supervisor will display any restrictions on the admittance of individuals according to age.
The Designated Premises Supervisor will display any conditions of entry to the premises in the vicinity of any entrance to the premises.
The Designated Premises Supervisor will ensure that lighting is provided outside the premises and in the car parks during the hours of darkness when any licensable activities take place on the premises. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
All external windows and doors will be kept shut (except for access and egress) when there is amplified indoor regulated entertainment taking place.
The volume of the amplification system for any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise and vibration levels are not intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties
A responsible person shall monitor the noise levels outside the building and implement any changes to reduce the noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure tat volume is maintained at a reduced level.
The use of amplified sound systems and the playing of live music in outdoor areas shall cease at 23:00
The provision of regulated entertainment of any description outdoors shall be restricted to no more than 10 occasions in any one calendar year
The Designated Premises Supervisor will ensure that anyone causing a nuisance on the premises will be asked to leave the club voluntarily. Assistance will be sought from the police if the person or persons refuse. Protection of Children from Harm
Children under the age of 18 years in the bar/restaurant area must be accompanied by an adult.
