Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
The storage unit will be used for the storage and distribution of alcohol only. No sales will be made directly from the premises and there will be no access to members of the public.
The licence holder shall regularly train staff in the responsible sale of alcohol and these training records will be kept on the premises and will be available for inspection by an officer of a Responsible Authority on request. Prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
The licence holder shall keep and maintain refusals register for refused deliveries which will be available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Public safety - Prevention of public nuisance - Protection of children from harm
The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme. Age verification will be requested at the point of sale and ID will be requested at the point of delivery in the event that a person who appear to be under the age of 18 years wishes to receive the order. The delivery will not be left if ID cannot be produced in this case.
The Licence Holder will ensure that an age check will be made on all online sales using an Age Verify application on the website.
For deliveries of alcohol, no supply may take place at the point of delivery if the person receiving the order appears to be under 25 years of age unless a recognised form of photographic ID is produced to the person making the delivery.
