Licence conditions (10)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General Conditions Crime and Disorder
  4. CCTV will be in operation. Images will be retained for a period of 28 days and will be made available to the police or an officer of the Licensing Authority upon request.
  5. Challenge 25 will be in operation.
  6. All staff will undergo training in licensing law with particular regard to the policy in realtion to age restricted sales and seeking proof of age identification. Refresher training will be conducted on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available to an authorised officer upon request. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. There will be a management policy in place which welcomes communication with the local community. Protection of children from Harm
  8. Challenge 25 will be in operation. Acceptable forms of ID will be a 10 year passport, PASS logo proof of age card or a photocard driving licence.
  9. A refusals log will be kept.
  10. There will be prominent signage located throughout the store where age restricted products are displayed and at the tills stating that the Challenge 25 policy is in operation.
