A CCTV system installed and in operation 24 hours, 7 days a week, covering all internal areas including front entrance/exit doors and the immediate external front door area, to record and retain images for a minimum of 28 days.Images must be supplied to any responsible authority on request e.g. Police, Fire Service or Local Authority. (Note - at least 1 current member of staff must be trained and able to operate CCTV system in order to deal efficiently with any CCTV requests from any responsible authority).

No children under 16 to be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by parent, guardian or responsible adult.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
In the event of complaints steps must be taken to minimise noise disturbance from deliveries and collections. Particular attention should be paid to the siting of loading, unloading and/or storage areas and the need to minimise vehicle manoeuvring, especially reversing. If there are frequent commercial deliveries and/or collections that are resulting in noise disturbance, the management of the premises should discuss the following issues with their suppliers and implement those that are necessary and appropriate:  restricting such activities to the normal working day;  attempting to limit the frequency of deliveries and collections.
The handling of beer kegs, bottles and other similar items should be avoided in the late evening, at night and during the early morning, particularly outside the residential buildings on Ladies Walk.
No bottles or glass shall be disposed of from the premises into a receptacle where such disposal is likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the area of the premises at any time between 8pm and 8am on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
All fixed plant and equipment at the premises that produce significant levels of noise are fitted with appropriate means of noise suppression and are restricted in their use so as to minimise disturbance to any neighbouring noise sensitive premises.
No one that is drunk or being out of order will be served and will be asked to leave the premises.
We will not tolerate people being loud or carrying on in the premises. If they do they will be asked to leave and if not the police will be called.
This will be a family run premises and make sure there can be no harm made to any child while on the premises.
