Licence conditions (1)

CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing pictures of evidential quality and in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly time and date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of thirty-one days and handed to the Police on request. The recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secured environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. SIA Front Line Door Supervisor will be employed at the premises beyond the hour of 22.00hrs on Fridays & Saturdays, when licensable activities occur i.e. (sale/supply of alcohol.) Also SIA Front Line Door Supervisor will be employed from 23.00hrs at all other times if the premises intend to operate beyond Midnight for licensable activities i.e (sale/supply of alcohol) When SIA Front Line Door Supervisors are employed a Local Authority Door Supervisors Log book shall be kept, maintained and produced immediately for Police inspection. All Bar Staff to be trained in Responsible Alcohol Retailing that can include In House training and records to be maintained and produced to the Police on request. No open glasses/vessels/containers should be allowed to be taken off the premises except that this allowed where it is for consumption at the outside tables provided to the front of 9b Hoghton Street and at the front of 36 Anchor Street.
