The Licence Holder shall only employ Door Supervisors and Security Attendants registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and must ensure that all Door Supervisors and Security Attendants at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the SIA.
Authorised sale of: Intoxicating liquor of all descriptions. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. The playing of recorded music is permitted 24 hours a day. The following non standard timings shall be applicable: i) Christmas Eve, Boxing Day until 3am; ii) St David's Day (1st March), St Patrick's Day (17th March), St George's Day (23rd April), St Andrew's Day (30th November) and on the morning of the day the clocks go forward - an additional hour; iii) Thursday preceding Good Friday & Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday - an additional 30 minutes; iv) On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December); v) On no more than 12 occasions per calendar year with 10 days Notice being given to the Police and the Local Authority (and only with Police consent) - from 6am until the beginning of the standard hours or until 3am.
The Licence Holder shall undertake ongoing risk assessments in order to comply with Health & Safety legislation. Children shall vacate the premises by 22.00 unless they are eating in which case they shall be required to vacate the premises by 22.30. Children shall always be accompanied by an adult who shall be required to maintain constant supervision of them. To operate the existing CCTV System at the premises which shall be well maintained, tapes and visual images recorded shall be retained for a period of 31 days and must be handed to the Police upon request and against signature. Appropriate signage representative of the CCTV shall be displayed in conspicuous positions. On any night that licensable activities take place at the premises beyond 01.00, then a minimum of 2 SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed from 23.00 until close. At all other times, the requirement for door supervisors will be risk assessed by the premises licence holder and door supervisors will be employed at such time and in such numbers as required by the risk assessment. A register of all SIA Registered Door Supervisors will be kept at the premises with recorded details of dates and times on duty, full names and SIA numbers, signed on and off duty by the DPS or deputy. All incidents involving door supervisors will be recorded in the door supervisor register. On all Fridays & Saturdays beyond the hour of Midnight a holder of a Personal Licence will be on duty at all times, save for instances of unexpected sickness or emergency, when the premises operates after midnight for the purposes of providing licensable activities. Both sets of doors forming the lobby onto Nevill Street are to be kept closed during opening hours save in emergency except to permit people to enter or leave the premises.
